Apple Marketing was the first telemarketing agency in Victoria to be granted a Raffle Organiser’s Licence. The licence is renewed every five years and approved by the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation.
In addition to our gambling code of conduct, which provides responsible gambling guidelines for our team and clients, we have a relationship with every Australian State’s gaming and fundraising government department.
We are a registered fundraiser with Consumer Affairs Victoria, which allows us to solicit donations across Victoria. The licence is renewed every three years.

Apple Marketing Group Pty Ltd is employed by registered charities to assist their fundraising efforts, this includes contacting donors both new and existing via telephone.
Calls from Australian Charities, or organisations calling on behalf of charities (such as Apple Marketing Group Pty Ltd) are not considered to be telemarketing calls, as outlined in the Do Not Call Register Act 2006.
